Fort Bridger, Wyoming

Fort Bridger has a rich western history- originally established as a fur trading outpost by legendary mountain man Jim Bridger, it suffered burning during the Utah War of the late 1850's. Luckily, the Pony Riders were treated kindly during their stops passing through. Today Fort Bidger has copious exhibits of time-appropriate fare.
