Atlantic City, Wyoming

For the 2000 census Atlantic City's population clocked in at 39, and it still gives you a beautiful picture of what a frontier boomtown looked like. The city wasn't officially founded until 1867 when gold was discovered- before then, it was wild land through which the Pony Rider galloped.
