Follow Team 1861's journey along the ol' Pony route just as we traveled it for the Pony Express Sesquicentennial re-ride. Our horse may have been made of steel, but the trusty 'Palomino' from Summers Motors certainly made the trip a bit more comfy than on horseback.
The original trail had dozens more way-stations, but this map is a great starting point to get in on the adventure!
