Thousands of projects from around the country compete for the National Park Service’s Match Cost Share Program each year, and in 2010, 1861: Spirit of the Pony Express was awarded the program. With the help of the National Park Service, this documentary will reach audiences around the country, and around the world- helping to educate about the rich and colorful history of the United States, and bring awareness to our National Historic Trails.
